Movement and Water Therapies and Retreats

By facing my fears surrounding water I have come to know myself more intimately and I grow a trust in my intuition and my connection with nature.

In a group therapy setting, we go to places of water to find our own wild through movement, writing, art, and yoga in and around the water.
